Chief of Staff – Idaho Army National Guard
As the Chief of Staff for the Idaho Army National Guard, Colonel Nicole Washington provides leadership support and primary staff advisement on all Army matters to the Adjutant General or Assistant Adjutant. Colonel Washington is the Chief Executive Officer responsible for the diversified functions including Logistics, Information Systems, Manpower and Personnel, Public Affairs, Recruiting and Retention, Medical and State emergency responses. She coordinates with the Idaho Air National Guard senior leadership on joint programs and activities within the State of Idaho. She also coordinates special Army National Guard programs and initiatives such as Diversity, Family Support, Employer Support and NGB State Partnership Programs. Colonel Washington also oversees the development, execution, and evaluation of programs and policies pertaining to the command, control, and operation of the Idaho Army National Guard.
