IDVS Procurement Vendor Process

The Idaho Division of Veterans Services is a State of Idaho agency. Our purchasing requirements are mandated by Idaho Statutes to allow for fair and open competition for the purchase of products and services. Beginning July 1, 2019 the Idaho Division of Veterans Services, along with the rest of the state of Idaho, began utilizing Jaggaer as their e-procurement solution to post business opportunities for vendors to submit bids.

Use of this Internet-based system allows vendors to respond to solicitations (now called “Sourcing Events”) online, update their company information and contacts, see bid results, and receive purchase orders and contracts online.

Vendors are able to register their company and select their profile by using this link: Vendor Registration. You will need access to the Internet and a current web browser that supports 128-bit encryption.
